1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReachSurge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ReachSurge provides AI-powered traffic generation including GEO optimization, programmatic SEO, content syndication, backlink building, AI citation tracking, SEO auditing and auto-fix, analytics, and forecasting. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account security and must notify us of unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to generate spam, misleading content, or content violating any laws. You may not exploit usage limits through multiple accounts or abuse the referral program.

5. AI-Generated Content

You own content generated for your account. We do not guarantee factual accuracy, review before publishing. Content is quality-checked (readability, E-E-A-T) but you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

6. SEO Agent

You authorize us to crawl domains you own. The agent respects robots.txt and crawls at max 1 page per 2 seconds. Fixes are never deployed without your approval. You can roll back any fix.

7. Billing

Starter plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Growth and Enterprise plans do not offer a free trial, they are billed immediately and protected by the 90-day citation guarantee instead. All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly plans monthly; annual plans every 12 months at the full annual amount) until you cancel. We email annual-plan customers a renewal reminder approximately 30 days before each renewal, and monthly-plan customers a yearly reminder of their subscription terms. If we increase your plan's price, we will notify you 7–30 days before the increased charge takes effect, with instructions on how to cancel. Cancel anytime from the Billing page, or without logging in via the “Cancel or withdraw” page linked in the footer; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of purchase via the same page. If payment fails, we send notices on days 1, 3, 7, and 14, after which your account is downgraded to free. Your data is preserved.

8. Referral Program

When a referred user subscribes to a paid plan, both parties receive a one-month account credit equal to one month of their own plan price. The credit is applied to your billing account and automatically deducted from your next invoice(s); it is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value. Both the referrer and referee must be on a paid plan at the moment the credit fires. The credit fires on the referee's second successful paid invoice; if the referee cancels before then, no credit issues. Maximum 5 referrals per account. Self-referrals (including via email aliases) are prohibited.

9. API

API access on Growth+ plans. Respect rate limits (1,000 calls/day Growth, unlimited Enterprise). Keep API keys confidential.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content and data. Content generated by ReachSurge is owned by you. The platform, brand, and code remain our intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

ReachSurge is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee specific traffic results. Liability limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Refund Policy

Starter tier: Protected by the 7-day free trial. No charges occur until day 8. Once the trial ends and a payment is made, no refund is issued, the trial was your risk-free period.

Growth and Enterprise tiers: These tiers are designed for users ready to scale. There is no free trial and no 30-day “change of mind” refund. Your purchase is protected by our 90-day AI Citation Guarantee: if your brand citations don't grow across the verified AI engines listed in the Measurement methodology paragraph below in 90 days of active use, we refund every cent paid.

Qualification criteria, all five must be met:

• You are on a Growth or Enterprise plan.
• You have been subscribed for at least 90 consecutive days.
• You have generated at least 50% of your tier's 3-month page allowance over that period, i.e. 1.5× your monthly cap (2,250 pages for Growth, 22,500 pages for Enterprise).
• You have connected at least one publishing destination, a CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost) or a syndication channel (Dev.to, LinkedIn, Hashnode, Reddit), so generated articles reached an indexable site.
• You submit the refund request within 120 days of your subscription start date. This is a one-time claim per account.

Measurement methodology: Citations are measured via direct API calls to five engines: ChatGPT (OpenAI web search), Claude (Anthropic web search), Google Gemini (Google grounded retrieval), Perplexity (Sonar API), and Grok (xAI web search). Microsoft Copilot is not included in guarantee measurement because Microsoft does not provide a public citation API. Until 1 August 2026 this list named Google twice, as “Google Gemini” and “Google AI Search”. Both names referred to the same single Google grounded-retrieval call returning one set of results, so every Google citation was counted twice; the second name never represented a second check. From 1 August 2026 Google is counted once. Subscriptions that started before that date continue to be measured on the earlier six-name basis at day 30, day 60 and day 90, because a baseline and a later count are only comparable when both are measured the same way. No baseline has been recalculated.

Processing timeline: Qualifying requests enter a 5-business-day review queue. If no action is taken within that window, your refund is processed automatically. Payment arrives on your card within 14 business days of processing. Where a day-90 measurement could not be completed across the full set of engines and keywords used for the baseline, the claim is reviewed manually rather than decided automatically, and no automatic refund deadline applies to it.

Non-qualifying refunds: Requests that do not meet all five criteria above are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

No “change of mind” refunds: We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unused capacity, or any reason other than the 90-day citation guarantee criteria above.
