We directly verify your brand citations across five AI engines using real-time API calls: ChatGPT (OpenAI web search), Perplexity (Sonar API), Claude (Anthropic web search), Google Gemini (Google grounded retrieval), and Grok(xAI web search). If those citations don't increase after 90 days of active use, we refund the Growth or Enterprise payments on your subscription.
What changed on 1 August 2026
We used to list Google twice, as “Google Gemini” and “Google AI Search”. Both names pointed at one Google API call returning one set of results, so every Google citation was recorded twice. We now record it once. Nothing about what we check changed: the same Google call runs on the same schedule against the same keywords. Two things you will notice. Your citation counts and your authority score change once at that date — for most sites they step down, because the duplicate is gone. That step is the de-duplication, not a change in how often AI engines cite you. And if your subscription started before that date, your 90-day guarantee is still measured on the six-name basis your baseline was captured with, unchanged, because we will not compare two numbers that were measured differently.

How it works
- Baseline captured automatically. Once you've added your website and its keywords, we run a citation check across it and store the count as your citation baseline; if you have more than one website, we use the first one you added. Your 90-day measurement period starts that day.
- Progress tracked continuously. Your dashboard shows citation growth at day 30, day 60, and day 90.
- Single-click claim. On day 90 or later, if citations didn't grow, submit your claimfrom your dashboard. Our team reviews within 5 business days; qualifying claims auto-refund via Stripe if no action is taken. In the rare case where we couldn't complete your day-90 measurement, there's nothing to compare, so a person decides that claim by hand instead of it refunding automatically.
Who qualifies
A customer qualifies for the guarantee if all of the following are true:
- You're on a Growth or Enterprise plan and have completed your 90-day measurement period, which starts on the day we record your citation baseline.
- You need to have generated at least 1.5× the monthly page allowance of your current plan since your citation baseline (2,250 pages on Growth, 22,500 on Enterprise). It never goes above the requirement of the Growth or Enterprise plan you held when we recorded your baseline, so upgrading never raises it. Your claim page shows your number. The product needs enough content to actually impact citations.
- You've connected at least one publishing destination, a CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost) or a syndication channel (Dev.to, LinkedIn, Hashnode, Reddit), so that generated articles actually went live on your site.
- Submit your claim within 30 days after your 90-day measurement period ends. The period starts on the day we record your citation baseline, which happens once per account; your claim page shows both dates.
What we refund
We refund every payment on your current subscription that includes a Growth or Enterprise charge, up to the day your refund is paid. Payments for Starter alone are not refunded under the guarantee. Not just the most recent month, and not a pro-rated portion: each of those Growth or Enterprise payments is refunded in full. We issue your refund within 6 business days of your claim; your bank usually shows it 5–10 business days later. If your claim needs a manual review, it can take longer.
Why this works
AI citations are measurable. We record your baseline once your website and keywords are in place, and your current count 90 days later, from the same API checks described above, using the same keywords each time. The comparison is objective, no subjective "you didn't use it right" gotchas.
It also means we're incentivised to make the product work for you. Refund claims cost us real money, so every product decision, prompt quality, publishing speed, GEO optimisation, has to move citations.
What this does NOT cover
- The one-time demo preview (3 free articles, no card). That's free already.
- Claims made before your 90-day measurement period ends (it starts on the day we record your citation baseline).
- Claims that don't meet the page requirement (we can't grow citations on unused capacity). You need to have generated at least 1.5× the monthly page allowance of your current plan since your citation baseline (2,250 pages on Growth, 22,500 on Enterprise). It never goes above the requirement of the Growth or Enterprise plan you held when we recorded your baseline, so upgrading never raises it. Your claim page shows your number.
- Accounts with no publishing destination connected (articles sitting in drafts don't get cited).
*Microsoft Copilot is tracked via traffic signals, it is not included in the 90-day guarantee measurement because Microsoft does not provide a public citation API.
