How it works
- Baseline captured automatically. On your first paid day we run a citation check across your primary domain and store the count as your baseline.
- Progress tracked continuously. Your dashboard shows citation growth at day 30, day 60, and day 90.
- Single-click claim. On day 90 or later, if citations didn't grow, submit your claim from your dashboard. Our team reviews within 5 business days; auto-refunds via Stripe if no action is taken.
Who qualifies
A customer qualifies for the guarantee if all of the following are true:
- You're on a Growth or Enterprise plan and have been subscribed for at least 90 consecutive days.
- You've generated at least 50% of your plan's monthly page cap over that 90-day period (the product needs enough content to actually impact citations).
- You've connected at least one publishing destination (CMS, Dev.to, LinkedIn, or Hashnode) so that generated articles actually went live on your site.
- You submit the refund request within 120 days of signing up.
What we refund
Every payment you've made against your subscription. Not the most recent month, not a pro-rated portion — every subscription charge from day 1 through day 90. Refunds arrive on your card within 5–10 business days of approval.
Why this works
AI citations are measurable. We pull your baseline on day 1 and your current count on day 90 from the same six-engine API checks described above, using the same keywords each time. The comparison is objective — no subjective "you didn't use it right" gotchas.
It also means we're incentivised to make the product work for you. Refund claims cost us real money, so every product decision — prompt quality, publishing speed, GEO optimisation — has to move citations.
What this does NOT cover
- The one-time demo preview (3 free articles, no card). That's free already.
- Accounts under 90 days old.
- Accounts that haven't used at least 50% of their page cap (we can't grow citations on unused capacity).
- Accounts with no publishing destination connected (articles sitting in drafts don't get cited).
*Microsoft Copilot is tracked via traffic signals — it is not included in the 90-day guarantee measurement because Microsoft does not provide a public citation API.
