White-Label Report Branding
Put your own logo, name, and color on exported PDF reports, per account or per website.
What it is
White-label branding replaces ReachSurge branding on your exported PDF reports with your own logo, display name, and primary color. It is an Enterprise feature, set up under Settings, then Branding. Only a team admin or owner can change it.
Branding applies to the PDF report exports (the citation and dashboard reports you download to share with clients or stakeholders). It does not change the ReachSurge dashboard itself.
Account default vs per-website
There are two levels, and you choose which you are editing with the "Editing brand for" selector at the top of the page:
- Account default: one brand for your whole team, applied to every report unless a site overrides it.
- Per-website override: each website can carry its own logo, name, and color. This is built for agencies that manage several client sites, so each client's report shows that client's brand.
Any field you leave blank on a website inherits the account default for that field. So a site can override just its logo and keep the account color, for example. The selector appears once you have more than one website (with a single site, per-site branding would have nothing to differentiate).
Setting it up
- Go to Settings, then Branding.
- Leave the selector on "Account default (all sites)" to set your fallback brand, or pick a website to set an override for that site.
- Upload a logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 512KB), set a display name, and pick a primary color.
- Use Check how it looks to export a sample report for the selected site and confirm the branding renders before you share it.
FAQ
Which reports does this affect? The PDF exports from your citation and dashboard reports. Generate one from the branding page's "Check how it looks" card, or from the export buttons on those pages.
A website shows my agency's brand instead of the client's. Why? That site has no override set, so it inherits the account default. Pick the site in the selector and set its own logo, name, and color.
What happens to per-website branding if I downgrade from Enterprise? Reports return to default ReachSurge branding, and both the account and per-website brand settings are cleared. If you upgrade again later, you set them up fresh.
Why is SVG or WebP rejected for the logo? SVG can carry scripts and is unsafe to embed, and the PDF renderer cannot draw WebP. Upload a PNG or JPEG.
